Supplement? Special medicine? Multivitamin Special? Fish oil? NO!
When you hear the word health, it immediately pops up in people’s minds, wow, what is this new supplement? What new medicine? This mindset is wrong. Health is sometimes associated with supplements, with drugs or with certain multivitamins. Of course supplements and multivitamins can help you to meet your nutritional and vitamin needs, but remember that supplements are just “additions”. Here are 7 key health keys that many people ignore.
1. Exercise / Stay Active
In this modern era, sometimes we do not have to move for work and other activities. Almost all work is done in front of a laptop / computer. This causes increased inactivity / sedentary activity. Moving and Exercising are the best things you can do for your body. Exercise not only can make your body good and bring your weight down, but can improve the state of your bones, muscles, and even your heart. In addition, exercise can also increase the work power of the brain, your productivity and concentration in work and activity.
Tip: when you want to start a workout activity, choose an activity that you enjoy doing and you can do for a long period of time. Because, for sports to bring you results, you have to make sports a part of your life.

When you are active, you need energy so that your organs and muscles can function properly. This energy is obtained from the food you eat.
